All cancellations of less than 24 hours and 'no shows' will be charged the full booking price.

You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking due to extreme weather conditions at least 24 hours prior to your booking. 

If we deem it appropriate to cancel your booking, for example due to extreme weather conditions, we will offer an alternative date and time. If this is not suitable we will refund your full booking price with 7 working days.
